Your #1 Turkey Tip: Me staying as far away from it as possible while someone else is cooking it. Or trying a nice roasted cauliflower (Cauliflurkey).
What are you looking forward to this Thanksgiving?: I’ll be in Florida with my brother this year, and I’m very excited for his cooking.

Your #1 Turkey Tip: I have a friend's recipe that I’ve been using for almost 20 years. Cook the turkey breast down first to keep it juicy and baste consistently with white wine.
What are you looking forward to this Thanksgiving?: I like cooking, so spending the entire day in the kitchen is fun. This year the FIFA World Cup happens through Thanksgiving, so I will be watching four games a day.
