mr. penguin
Assorted chocolate SUBs are some of our favorite to design, as there’s lots of real estate to work with. It also helps when you have people on the team who LOVE (and we mean L-O-V-E) to come up with and illustrate characters, especially ones outside of the norm. A penguin with a Santa hat on? Doesn’t get much cuter than that.
the cutest reindeer of all
How do you create a seasonal package and incorporate a product visual? You create a reindeer with antlers made of Raisinets and string lights! This design is one of our favorites because of its perfect balance between seasonality and branding.
stuffing the stockings
In real estate, it’s location, location, location. But in packaging, it’s usage occasion, usage occasion, usage occasion. This is a major element to keep in mind when designing a holiday package, especially when it comes to mini chocolate bars. We developed a system that could be (and was) extended to other holidays with a great visual and subliminal message of what these goodies could be used for. Stocking full of Butterfinger candy? YES, PLEASE!
