Restoring an icon

Pure Life dramatically changed its identity in 2021, moving from a blue brand to a yellow brand. In doing so they quickly lost sales because consumers didn’t recognize the identity. To reconnect with their consumers, the brand decided to revert to key equities, including the blue, while also taking the opportunity to modernize.

Spotlighting style

In 2017, BKLYN Body was created by founder Jasmine for her baby daughter Brooklyn, who had excema. Jasmine developed a custom, clean-ingredient body butter. Though the brand name was Brooklyn Body Butter, the company is based in a Detroit suburb. Jasmine wanted to take the brand to the next level for beyond-DTC distribution.
